Text message terms
LevelCrew document and deadline alerts
If you opt in, LevelCrew sends text messages about your business paperwork: requests from a builder for an updated certificate of insurance, W-9 or license, with a link to upload it; reminders before a document expires; reminders before a Florida lien deadline on one of your jobs; and one-time sign-in codes. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You receive texts only after you agree to them: by entering your mobile number in LevelCrew or on a document request page and checking the box to receive texts, or by texting START to our number. A builder adding your phone number to their list is not consent, and we will not text you because of it. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using LevelCrew or of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with your documents and jobs, usually a few messages a month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. LevelCrew does not charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn texts off in the app or by emailing us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
