For builders, GCs and flippers
Know which subs are insured, licensed and clear to pay.
LevelCrew keeps every subcontractor's certificate of insurance, W-9 and license in one place, checks them against your requirements, and asks subs for what's missing or expiring, so paperwork never holds up a draw or exposes you on a job.

- 1
Set your requirements once
General liability per occurrence and aggregate, workers' comp (or a Florida exemption), commercial auto, and the endorsements you need on the certificate: additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory.
- 2
Bring in your subs
Import the sub folder you already keep, from SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or a .zip. LevelCrew reads every certificate, W-9 and license and matches it to a sub. You confirm before anything is filed. Or add subs one at a time.
- 3
See who's clear to pay
The roster shows each sub as compliant, expiring soon, not compliant or missing documents, with the reason: an expired policy, a limit below your minimum, a missing endorsement, a certificate made out to someone else.
- 4
Let LevelCrew chase the paperwork
Send each sub one link. They upload from their phone, with no account and no app. Before a certificate expires, LevelCrew warns you and asks the sub for the renewal.
What you get
- Certificates of insurance (ACORD 25) checked against your limits and endorsements
- W-9s and Florida contractor licenses on file for every sub

Questions builders ask
How does LevelCrew track subcontractor certificates of insurance?
The builder sets their requirements (general liability limits, workers' comp or a Florida exemption, auto, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory). Each sub's certificate is checked against them, the roster shows who is compliant, expiring soon or missing something, and LevelCrew warns the builder before a certificate expires and asks the sub for the new one.
Does a subcontractor need an account to send documents?
No. The builder sends each sub a link; the sub opens it on a phone and uploads their certificate, W-9, license or workers' comp exemption. A free account is optional and lets the sub reuse the same documents for every builder they work with.
Can I import the sub folder I already keep in SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox?
Yes. Drop the folder or a .zip of it, or pick it straight from Google Drive or SharePoint/OneDrive. LevelCrew reads each certificate, W-9 and license, matches it to a sub, and shows everything for review before anything is saved.
Is LevelCrew only for Florida?
The insurance, W-9 and license tracking works for any builder. The lien deadlines, Notice to Owner and statutory lien waiver forms follow Florida's construction lien law (Chapter 713), and Florida is the only state supported today.
How much does LevelCrew cost?
LevelCrew is in early access. It is free for trades to start, and builders can track a small roster of subs for free. Join the waitlist at getlevelcrew.com to get a spot.
