Questions trades ask

Does a subcontractor need an account to send documents?

No. The builder sends each sub a link; the sub opens it on a phone and uploads their certificate, W-9, license or workers' comp exemption. A free account is optional and lets the sub reuse the same documents for every builder they work with.

Which Florida lien deadlines does LevelCrew track for trades?

For each job it tracks the Notice to Owner (generally due within 45 days of first furnishing labor or materials, Florida Statutes 713.06), the claim of lien (generally within 90 days of final furnishing, 713.08), and the deadline to sue on a recorded lien (713.22), with reminders 14, 7, 2 and 0 days before. Every date shows the statute it comes from. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is LevelCrew only for Florida?

The insurance, W-9 and license tracking works for any builder. The lien deadlines, Notice to Owner and statutory lien waiver forms follow Florida's construction lien law (Chapter 713), and Florida is the only state supported today.

How much does LevelCrew cost?

LevelCrew is in early access. It is free for trades to start, and builders can track a small roster of subs for free. Join the waitlist at getlevelcrew.com to get a spot.
